I think I would either pick one of the ones that makes one or more of my absolute favorite beers (maybe Bell's or Stone) OR, alternatively I might pick something that was constantly offering up new stuff so i'd have variety even though I was stuck with the same brand (Dogfish maybe?, or Bell's again, maybe Tyranena)
