Pennsylvania Pilsners and Lagers, Round Three

Round three brings us the Sly Fox's Pikeland Pilsner, which you may notice is served from a can. On a side note, the big glass really comes in handy when aggressively pouring a twelve ounce beer. Cheers to milwaukeeclassic.

So to start, Pikeland is more Rasta-fied than rounds one and two. The malts hit me first. The next flavor is unexpected and bright, in the way that rye flavors beer, but I can't think of anything to compare it to. This is definitely the signature flavor of the beer, but I can't put my finger on it. I guess I'll have to investigate further.

Well done Sly Fox. I'm a fan.

Next up... Penn Pilsner. I have a feeling it won't match up, but you never can tell. So far, no skunky monkeys.
