Hopslam for me, finally

Today I walked over a mile through the snow, uphill both ways, to find a Belgian beer. After reading all your fine selections I wanted to deviate from my usual IPA/Stout evening. I was thrilled to find a bottle shop 'down town' selling Hopslamma-jamma. Says on the bottle 'Brewed with Honey,' which proves the boys at Bell's are stealing Sposborth Co.'s brewing techniques!

Tomorrow I'll culture a yeast starter (in the Fordham growler) to then brew my Honey IPA in a few days. A mixture of bleach/water sits in the growler overnight, to first clean it out. I'll post pictures detailing the brew process.
