Caramel and chocolaty and with a spicy (maybe Oak?) aftertaste. Plus it's a local brew (thus the Spades). Otto's Jolly Roger Imp Stout - It'll get ya drunk!
Also got my first issue of BYO magazine today. As you're aware there is a world wide hop shortage. Barry and Duane the Wine and Hop shop on Monroe is one of the few places left, that I know of, which has Cascade and Amarillo hops in stock... and the shortage is not likely to end for another TWO years. If you sent me some, say 4 oz per 5 gallons of beer, I would turn them into Imperial IPAs that would set your soul a'fire, like a Tito Puente samba.
