I'm just not a big Dogfish 60 minute fan. Pours see through, is caramel dominant with some piney Ajax-like hops, and finishes with a sickly taste I can't place. Not sure of the hops used, but this is not a particularly solid IPA.
I'll be curious to see if anyone likes the Palo Santo as much as me. I got some to bring to Madison.
Also, 90 is vastly superior to 60 min. The correct ordering is: 90>120>60, which I know violates all kinds of mathematical and logical rules, but is in fact still correct. It's more of a three bears "middle is just right" situation.
