Dinner at the Old Fashioned
Two very delicious beers were consumed last evening while dining at The Old Fashioned with the inlaws over fish fry. Duane is correct, New Glarus's Imperial Weizen is fantastic and is Central Water's Satin Solstice. Tonight's evening out will yield more deliciousness.......notes to come.

I've been thinking about Chill Haze since seeing Milwaukeeclassic's comment about it being a good thing. I don't think it's a good predictor of the quality of beer; Bell's is beautifully clear. (I've heard Barry say cloudy implies good too.) But on the other hand haze shows that the brewery isn't adding chemicals to their brew to clear it.
Thoughts?
