Nøgne Ø #100

Nøgne Ø #100 - Believe it or not, this very dark beer is a Imperial IPA. And a very enjoyable Imperial IPA at that. The most unique characteristic was the head, which was incredibly creamy for this style. Sweet maltiness is nicely balanced with huge hops. This is simply one of the best IIPAs I've had...especially for one that is coming out of Europe (Norway)

4.7/5

Any word on our beer?

Who knew that they could make good beer in Norway? Not me.

In related news, I saw on the news tonight that a gallon of gas costs $9.48 in Norway. Maybe that is driving them to drink. By contrast, it is $0.45 in Saudi Arabia.
