Sierra Nevada Chico Estate Harvest Wet Hop Ale - Sorry for the stock footage, but I had this one at Brasserie V. Carey seems to think that IPAs have two different kinds of bitterness. On the front of the tongue and on the back of the tongue. This one is definitely a back of the tongue bitter (even though I don't really understand it). It's like a beer mullet. Business (malt) up front and party (hops) in the back.A
PS: I deem the "harvest" or "fresh hop" ale to be a totally different style from the IPA

Harvest ales are delicious
Though I agree with Duane here, I tend to feel that Sierra Nevada Pale is grossly overrated.
