Maybe it's fitting that I am rating this beer right after Katie's rating of Barryborth Steam, as I feel that this beer tastes similar (though much better) than Barryborth, just without all the rough edges. It looks great and unfiltered, smells like wood chips and coconut cookies, and finishes bitter and sweet with a back-of-the throat alcohol burn and a short, abrupt hop finish. Somewhat biting.
