Thursday 9/18:
Well, this is the last of the stouts in the fridge...time to move on to something else tomorrow (I'm thinking Belgians). Rogue XS Imperial Stout. Mostly got this to continue building the ceramic fliptop bottle collection for future homebrew escapades. It was a very mediocre brew. Had some of Duane's infamous "dirty stout" taste or what I would term to be burnt toaster crumb flavor. It wasn't awful, but after some of the others lately, it was awful in comparison. This is a C+ at best. I won't be getting it again.
