Racked the latest stout today. On the left 1.125 ounces of whole coffee beans soaked in whiskey and on the right oak chips soaked in whiskey plus 3 tsps whiskey. We'll see what happens. I siphoned a little more of the yeast sediment into the whiskey stout since I am thinking the higher alcohol content will make it more difficult to ferment and eventually carbonate. Chris, you get to name the beer on the right since you called for the bourbon. I will save some for you.
Next up: Golden Promise IPA.

Also, I think you should do one with Southern Comfort. "Nittany Comfort Stout?"
Also, you could call the So-co one "The Grand Old Drink of the Stout"
