This highly quaffable steam has aged well in the fridge since Southdowns Beerfest, and goes down much smoother than most of the harsh IPAs Chris has been sampling lately. It encourages gulping, but each sip has, I think, three flavors that hit three different parts of the mouth, in addition to a pleasant smell that I can't really describe. Something around leather, beef jerky, and Old Spice, but in a good way. Initial taste is bubbly and sweet, and the finish is musky, again in a good way. A great beer to watch the opening game of the season (go Skins!).
