I haven't had a lambic in quite a while and decided to try this one the other night, especially since I know that Big Daddy has an affinity for them. I didn't really know what to expect. This beer is VERY sour and acidic. Immediately you can taste lemons and as it finishes there are hints of apple, maybe pear. I was initially thrown by this beer, but the more I drank the more I liked it. I would drink this again, and I'm intrigued by lambics. I'll probably give a few more a try. Since we are using letters now rather than numbers, I'm gonna give this a B.

I agree with your lambic drinking policy, but I disagree with your neil young disliking policy.
