Excellent porter by the folks at Victory. Their marketing dept. is on its game with this beer's label and I love the name as well. As for taste, The Baltic Thunder is nutty and creamy like a good malted milk. Somewhat oily on the glass. Highly recommended. Best dark beer I've tried this season. 4/5.From the label, "Exhibiting the enticing, toffee roast of the British porters of the 18th century...."
Definitely tastes like toffee.
