I'm becoming a big Clipper City fan. This was the
Clipper City Heavy Seas Holy Sheet which is an Abbey style dubbel. Very dark and has a lot of caramel, sweet, almost fruitiness. Also has a tiny hint of smokiness. Not the best Belgian I've ever had, but very solid and enjoyable, which seems to be my description of all the Heavy Seas stuff I've tried so far. They don't knock your socks off, but they've all been good, kind of safe & mild examples of their respective styles...definitely good options to introduce someone to each genre. So far of the 3 I've had, I think I liked the Imp Stout best, the Hop^3 next, and this 3rd best. I'm going to get whatever other types they've got on my next trip. I'll give the Holy Sheet a 3.9/5
